Vagus Nerve Yoga – A Nervous System Reset Aligned with the Moon

Join me for Vagus Nerve Yoga at Absoulute Flow Yoga Studio, Mullagh, a one-hour class designed to calm and regulate your nervous system through gentle yoga, breathwork, and vagus nerve activation practices aligned with moon energy.

These sessions support emotional balance, stress relief, and overall wellbeing, helping you move from tension to ease. Perfect for all levels, no previous yoga experience is required.

4-Week Blocks – September to December: Thursdays 8pm - 9pm

  • September Series (The Harvest Moon), 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

  • October Series (The Hunter’s Moon), 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd

  • November Series (The Beaver Moon), 30th Oct, 6th Nov, 13th Nov, 20th Nov

  • December Series (The Cold Moon), 27th Nov, 4th Dec, 11th Dec, 18th Dec

Every month, we gather to nurture and reset the nervous system using gentle, vagus nerve yoga practices. Each class is uniquely aligned with the rhythm of the moon, supporting you to release, restore, and renew as we move through the seasons.

September – Harvest Moon

Theme:Releasing stored stress from summer, clearing the nervous system
Focus:Gentle grounding and letting go of what no longer serves, creating space for ease and clarity within the body and mind.

October – Hunter’s Moon

Theme:Inner listening and nervous system stillness
Focus:Turning inward and resting deeply, supporting your system as it shifts into the quieter energy of autumn.

November – Beaver Moon

Theme: Integrating what’s been shed, nourishing for winter resilience
Focus: Gentle self-regulation practices to strengthen emotional warmth, safety, and inner steadiness.

December – Cold Moon

Theme: Closing the year, nervous system rest and renewal
Focus: Deep rest and co-regulation to complete the year with ease, clarity, and a sense of wholeness.
