Join me for Vagus Nerve Yoga at Absoulute Flow Yoga Studio, Mullagh, a one-hour class designed to calm and regulate your nervous system through gentle yoga, breathwork, and vagus nerve activation practices.

September Block (Starting Early September) – Harvest Moon | Theme: Ground & Gather
Drawing on the Harvest Moon energy, this block focuses on grounding and gathering your energy after the busy summer. Practices include grounding poses, breathwork to calm the vagus nerve, and guided relaxation to support your transition into autumn.
October Block – Hunter’s Moon | Theme: Release & Strengthen
The Hunter’s Moon energy encourages clearing and strength. We focus on releasing bracing patterns and building resilience, using gentle somatic shaking, breath-led vagus nerve stimulation, and nurturing movements to create stability and inner strength.
November Block – Beaver Moon | Theme: Rest & Restore
November’s energy invites preparation and deep rest. This block includes restorative yoga, self-soothing practices, and simple daily tools for keeping the vagus nerve regulated, supporting your body and mind through the darker months.
December Block – Cold Moon | Theme: Illuminate & Integrate
With the Cold Moon comes clarity and reflection. We close the year by honouring your body’s wisdom, integrating what’s been learned, and fostering inner calm and openness for the year ahead.
Each class is 1 hour of somatic nervous system-focused movement and deep relaxation, giving you space to reset, restore, and reconnect with your body.
