– Gentle movement to release tension

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced.
This is about how you feel, not how you perform.

Every month, we gather to nurture and reset the nervous system using gentle, vagus nerve yoga practices. Each class is uniquely aligned with the polyvagal ladder and the rhythm of the moon, supporting you to ground, activate, and connect as we move through the seasons.

December – Cold Moon

Theme: Closing the year, nervous system rest and renewal
Focus: Deep rest and co-regulation to complete the year with ease, clarity, and a sense of wholeness.
