I guide women through nervous systemโ€“led movement to help them feel calmer, stronger, and more at home in their bodies.

My work began with Nervous System Yoga โ€” creating a safe, compassionate space for regulation, release, and reconnection.
From there, it expands into strength, movement, and deeper self-trust.

Rooted in nervous system education, the vagus nerve, and the chakra system, my approach blends science with lived experience โ€” always at a pace your body can trust.

This isnโ€™t about pushing or fixing.
Itโ€™s about learning how to listen, regulate, and build resilience from the inside out.

My story

Thanks for being here.

I see you, I honour you, and I celebrate you for showing up for yourself. Whether you're just beginning or have been on this path for a while, youโ€™re not alone โ€” youโ€™re in the right place.

My journey with yoga began like many others, but after completing my 200-hour training in 2023, I felt called toward something deeper. Traditional asana wasnโ€™t enough โ€” I wanted to understand why my body was shifting, releasing, and responding in the ways it did.

That curiosity led me into trauma-informed yoga and nervous system work, including polyvagal-based approaches. What I found wasnโ€™t just a new way of practicing โ€” it was a completely different relationship with the body.

A relationship built on safety, awareness, and trust.

Now, through The Amuart Project, I guide women through nervous systemโ€“led movement โ€” from regulation and reconnection, into strength, resilience, and self-trust.

My work weaves together yoga, nervous system science, the vagus nerve, and the chakra system โ€” grounded not only in training, but in lived experience.

This isnโ€™t about fixing yourself.
Itโ€™s about learning how to feel safe in your body, and building from there.

Iโ€™m truly honoured to walk this path with you.

Nervous system yoga?

Nervous System Yoga is a gentle, body-led approach to help you feel more connected, aware, and at home in your body.

When stress, overwhelm, or life experiences build up, the nervous system can become dysregulated โ€” making it hard to feel, process, or stay present with whatโ€™s happening inside.

This practice supports you to reconnect.

Through simple movement, breath, and awareness, youโ€™ll begin to:
