Hi, I’m Muriel.

I’m the founder of The Amuart Project, and I guide women through nervous system–led movement to help them feel more connected, resilient, and at home in their bodies.

My work is grounded in nervous system regulation, yoga, and strength β€” supporting women not just to feel calm, but to build the capacity to feel fully, safely, and with self-trust.

My Approach

I believe the body isn’t something to fix β€” it’s something to be in relationship with.

Through movement, breath, and awareness, I create spaces where you can begin to:

  • Understand your nervous system

  • Recognise your patterns

  • Expand your capacity to feel

  • Build strength in a way your body can trust

This is where real change happens β€” not through force, but through connection.

Where This Work Comes From

My path into this work has been shaped by both training and lived experience.

Over the years, I’ve explored trauma-informed yoga, nervous system regulation, polyvagal-based approaches, and the chakra system β€” not just as concepts, but as embodied practices. I am also a qualified fitness instructor.

What I share is not theory alone.
It’s work that has been lived, felt, and integrated.

The Work I Do Now

Through Nervous System Yoga and Functional Strength for Women, I support women to move from disconnection into relationship with their bodies.

From that place, resilience grows.
Strength builds.
And a deeper sense of trust begins to take root.
