  • Not at all. This course is beginner-friendly and focuses on nervous system support rather than physical performance. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after time away, you’ll be guided through accessible, body-aware movement.

  • You’ll need approximately 60–75 minutes per week to watch the weekly video, try the practices, and reflect. You can break this up throughout the week, and all content is available on-demand to fit your schedule.

  • Yes. While it’s a self-paced programme, you’ll feel held through warm, guided practices. You’ll also be invited to a private community email list for reflections, updates, and optional check-ins throughout the 6 weeks.
