What to Expect
Each 60-minute session includes:
15 minutes of mobility and yoga-based preparation
We gently warm the body, improve joint mobility, and prepare your muscles for load.
30 minutes of structured strength circuits
Using dumbbells and bodyweight, you’ll move through progressive circuits designed to build strength safely and effectively.
15 minutes of recovery and stretch
We finish with controlled stretching and restorative work to support recovery and long-term progress.

Light to moderate dumbbells (1–3kg) are provided.
You’re welcome to bring heavier weights if you’re ready for more challenge.
