Join Me for Polyvagal Inspired Yoga at Bective Mill Yoga Dome

October – December Series

Join me in the stunning Bective Mill Yoga Dome, nestled by the peaceful River Boyne and the Hot Box Sauna, for an evening of nervous system healing and deep restoration.

These deeply restorative workshops combine Polyvagal Inspired Yoga and moon energy to nurture your nervous system and align with the rhythm of nature. Each month’s theme is guided by the full moon—inviting release, insight, and renewal. Weaving together gentle movement, breath, and vagus nerve practices to support emotional balance, trauma healing, and resilience.

  • November 8th – 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM - The Beaver Moon

Polyvagal Inspired Yoga Workshop Series

October 4th – The Hunter’s Moon | Theme: Release & Resilience

Under the fiery energy of October’s Hunter’s Moon, we focus on releasing patterns of bracing and survival held in the body. This session blends grounding breathwork, gentle somatic movement, and vagus nerve regulation techniques to cultivate resilience and deep safety within.

November 8th – The Beaver Moon | Theme: Rest & Rebuild

November’s Beaver Moon invites us to prepare for winter, to slow down and replenish. We explore supportive restorative postures, guided self-touch practices for the vagus nerve, and a nervous system reset designed to move you from depletion toward deep restoration.

December 6th – The Cold Moon | Theme: Illuminate & Integrate

December’s Cold Moon encourages clarity and stillness. We close the year with practices that honour what has been, integrate lessons, and open space for light and possibility. Expect long, supported poses, gentle shaking practices, and a guided meditation to soothe and uplift.

Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, these sessions create space to feel safe, regulated, and connected—leaving you grounded and restored.

Location: Bective Mill Yoga Dome, Meath (by the River Boyne and Hot Box Sauna)
