functional strength for women.
Build strength, support your core, and feel more confident in your body.
Welcome to functional strength for women
This class is designed to help you get stronger in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with your body β not punishing or overwhelming.
At the heart of this class is a strong focus on pelvic floor health, core connection, and breath β helping you build strength from the inside out.
A Different Approach to Strength
This isnβt about pushing through or lifting heavy for the sake of it.
Itβs about learning how to support your body properly β through breath, core, and alignment β so that strength feels safe, effective, and long-lasting.
Each class blends:
Functional strength training
Pelvic floor and core awareness
Breath-led movement
Mobility and joint support
Nervous system regulation
So youβre not just getting strongerβ¦
youβre building a body that feels supported and connected.

A Note on Core & Pelvic Floor Health
This class supports building awareness and strength in your core and pelvic floor.
If you are recovering from injury, postpartum, or need more focused rehabilitation, you may benefit from a dedicated core and pelvic floor programme online alongside or before this class.
I often recommend the Restore Your Core programme by Lauren Ohayon, which offers a deeper, structured approach to healing and rebuilding the core.
